This betta got sent during a heat wave which I was really worried about but the level of care and attention to detail to ensure a safe trip for the fish was incredible! From a foil covered box to inside insulation I was so impressed and my new betta fish is doing great!

He doesn’t quite behave normally and is certainly not copper steel like the ones on the page. He’s just gray. But here we are. I can’t add another one so he’s what I’m working with.
Did not receive the fish I ordered. However, I was told 2/28 that the correct fish would be sent, I received an order # but the replacement fish has still not shipped and I have not received any response to the message left 2 days ago . Very frustrated by the lack of communication and disappointment of not getting my fish
