In the unfortunate event that you experience a loss of marine fish, freshwater fish, invertebrates, or live plants within 2 hours after receiving your shipment, please fill out the Guarantee Form. Ensure to include a clear picture or video of the unopened bag for your claim.

It is crucial to contact us within 2 hours as mentioned above to be eligible for a refund. We cannot offer a refund if contact is made beyond this time frame.
