💳 How to Use Your Tropicflow Aquatic Store Credit
If Tropicflow Aquatic has issued store credit to you, follow the simple steps below to access and use your credit on a future order.
📧 Important: Use the Same Email Address
Your Tropicflow Aquatic Store Credit is issued directly to your email account. To access the credit, you must create or log in to your Tropicflow Aquatic account using the same email address that received the store credit.
How to Access & Use Your Store Credit
1️⃣ Check Your Email
Store credit will be issued directly to the email address associated with your order or claim.
Please make sure you have access to this email address because it will be used to verify your Tropicflow Aquatic customer account.
2️⃣ Create an Account or Log In
Visit the Tropicflow Aquatic Account Page and create an account or log in.
Important: You must use the same email address where your store credit was issued.
If you already have an account, simply log in using that email address.
3️⃣ View Your Store Credit
After logging in, visit your Account Profile Page.
Your available store credit may appear directly in your customer profile. You may also see your available store credit during checkout.
4️⃣ Use Your Store Credit at Checkout
Add the products you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.
When available, select your Store Credit as a payment option. The available balance will be applied toward eligible products in your order.
📋 Tropicflow Aquatic Store Credit Rules
- Store credit does not expire.
- Store credit is issued to the email address associated with your customer account.
- For approved DOA, damaged plant, or other eligible claims, the store credit amount will generally equal the eligible value of the affected fish, plant, or product covered by the approved claim.
- Store credit may be used toward eligible products sold by Tropicflow Aquatic.
- Store credit cannot be used toward shipping costs.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into cash.
- Store credit may only be used at Tropicflow Aquatic.
- The customer must be logged in using the same email address associated with the store credit in order to access and use the available balance.

Please check the following:
- Make sure you are logged into your Tropicflow Aquatic account.
- Confirm that you are using the same email address where the store credit was issued.
- Check your account profile for your available store credit balance.
- Proceed to checkout to see if the store credit appears as an available payment option.
If you still cannot locate your store credit, please contact tropicflow@tropicflow.com and provide your order number and the email address associated with your account.
